Well, it's official. I've been slacking on my writing big time. It was brought to my attention today that I haven't blogged in over a month... my response was that I haven't been doing anything worth writing about, just living my life. But then I started thinking about the purpose of keeping this blog. It's for everyone at home who doesn't have that constant update, and it's for me to look back on, to see how I spent my time in Australia. No matter how average it seems now, every moment of my time here is significant. It's worth looking back on.

I've been working my little butt off, saving as much money as I can for my upcoming travels. That means spending all day every day with these two little guys...

Oli and Harry after their cross country races
I've been to heaps of Broncos games and I'm becoming a true fan! I think I've watched more footy here in the past couple months than I ever have back at home.

Me and Wally Lewis at Suncorp Stadium
The past couple of weeks I've been on holiday, a much-needed two weeks of freedom from kids and chores and responsibilities. I spent most of it here in Brissy with Nate. We pretty much lived on my porch - who would want to leave with this awesome view?

Full moon over Brisbane
Pretty much every day was spent listening to a little something like this...
